August 23, China Fireworks Association second session of the General Assembly and the second session of the Council (Executive council) in Jiangxi Province Yichun successfully held. The General Assembly hears and considers the first working and financial report of the Association, considers the directors and supervisors ' bills, considers the statutes of the China Fireworks Association (revised edition) and the Association's proposal to revise the standard of dues, and the Council elects the second executive Director of the Association, and 14 motions, including the consideration of the 2018 budget motion.
Jiangxi Province Safety Supervision Bureau Kangbin director attended the meeting, Wanzai County Government Deputy Magistrate Yuan Changqing speeched, the association, Executive Director, Director, members of the unit representatives to attend the meeting.


At the second session of the General Assembly, held on the morning of 23rd, the report on the work of the First Council of the Association and the report on financial revenue and expenditure were heard and considered. Through the election to produce the association two session of the supervisory Board of Supervisors 1, 2 supervisors and 145 members. Voted unanimously passed the China Fireworks Association Constitution (revision) and revise the standard bill of dues.
The second session of the Council (Standing Council), held on the afternoon of 23rd, elected the second section of presidents, secretaries-General, Vice-Presidents, and executive directors by voting:
The President of the Second Council is Zhongzich.
The Second council Secretary-General is Huanghaihui.
The Second Council has a total of 20 vice-presidents: Deng Yuqun, Gan Xijun, Lu Xin, Liu Baogui, Yan Zhonghua, Suyun, Du Zhiming, Li Yong, Li Qian, Lee Yajun, Yang Shunyun, Zhang Falin, Zhang Mingfu, Chen Shibin, Xiang Guisen, Zhongjun, Zhong Qicheng, Qin Binwu, Huang Guanghui, Li Yi.

The second session of the Congress and the Council (Executive Council) to fully promote democracy, widely heard the views of the general membership, respect for the interests of each member.
The meeting pointed out that the association should deeply study and implement the party's 19th  National Congress spirit, adhering to the "co-construction, sharing, common governance, common" association governance thought. New situation new task to the development of the fireworks industry to put forward new requirements, the new Council will further play the role of the Association as a bridge and link between the government and industry, more closely unite the broad masses of members, play and mobilize the collective wisdom and strength, for the Chinese fireworks industry to make greater contributions to the development!
